Arroyo Ceballos cuenta con una trayectoria avalada por más de 150 muestras, obra en más de 30 museos e instituciones de 11 naciones y numerosos galardones.
Homenajes recibidos en USA (Latino Art Museum de California), en México en el Archivo Histórico de Sinaloa (con la entrega de un galardón por parte del Gobernador de Sinaloa), en Portugal en la Cámara Municipal de Oliveira do Bairro, el que una treintena de artistas de varios países junto a la Asociación Cultural “Aires de Córdoba” o el recibido en 2013 en su ciudad natal en la Excma. Diputación de Córdoba junto a una gran muestra por su 25º Aniversario, etc.
En 2004 Funda el grupo “Colectivo Cero”.
En abril de 2013 se inaugura un museo con su nombre en Fuente Palmera (Córdoba). El 12 de Marzo de 2014 es seleccionado para en acto conmemorativo del año dual España-Japón celebrado en Córdoba entregar una obra de su autoría al Embajador de Japón en España el Sr. Satoru Satoh.
En marzo de 2015 es nombrado en reunión celebrada en París miembro de la Asoc. Internacional de Críticos de Arte AICA por su trabajo de años desarrollado como miembro de la Asoc. Española de Criticos de Arte AECA.
En noviembre de 2016 le es concedido por el MAI Colombia (Movimiento Artístico Internacional Colombia) un reconocimiento internacional a su gestión cultural y artística.
En Diciembre de 2017 es nombrado miembro Honorario por la junta directiva de la Fundación Arte Sin Fronteras por la Paz (Colombia) y en 2019 por la Organización Mundial de Artistas Integrados OMAI (México).
En enero de 2018 funda el grupo cordobés “Córdoba Contemporánea”.
En 2019 la Organización Mundial de Artistas Integrados OMAI (México) le otorga un reconocimiento a toda su trayectoria.
También en 2019 recibe un reconocimiento internacional en Brasil por parte de la OCBAL (Organización Cultural Brasil América Latina).
En septiembre 2021 obtiene el I Premio Internacional de Creación Literaria "Antonio Segovia Lobillo", organizado por la Fundación canaria "Antonio Segovia Lobillo" (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) y el Ayuntamiento de Moclinejo (Málaga).
En diciembre de 2021 le es otorgado un reconocimiento internacional por parte del programa “Economía en Vivo” del Canal 4 TV de Argentina.
En 2021 el proyecto expositivo al cual pertenece "Héroes con bata" recibe la Bandera de Andalucía a las Artes.
El grupo de comunicación Blanco Sobre Negro Góngora le concede el I Premio a la Cultura - Pintura el 15 de enero de 2022.
A mediados de año obtiene el Premio Internacional Iberoamericano “Nevado de Oro” (Mendoza, Argentina).
Durante este año publica los libros “Arte Español” y “Guía de Arte 2022”. Arte Español el primer libro presentado en el Metaverso.
En Julio de 2022 funda y es nombrado Presidente de la Asociación Andaluza para el Fomento de la Cultura cREA.
En Octubre del mismo año recibe con Córdoba Contemporánea el "Premio Qurtuba 2022" de la Asociación Cultural Córdoba Solo Hay Una y en noviembre 2022 la Real Academia de Ciencias, Bellas Letras y Nobles Artes de Córdoba les hace entrega del “Premio Nobles Artes” en el centenario de su Boletín.
A principios de diciembre 2022 Arroyo Ceballos abandona dicha formación.
Director – coordinador de numerosas publicaciones , entre las que destacan: Ediciones “Creadores I , II ,III y IV” , “Libro de Poetas 2004, 05, 06, 07 y 08”, “Anuario 2005 de Arte Contemporáneo” , “ Diccionario Internacional de Arte y Literatura 2006 y 2007” , “Ellas en el Arte” , “Panorama Artístico Cultural 2009”, Anuario de Arte y Cultura Contemporáneo 2010, MACAM (Libro del Museo Aires de Córdoba de Arte Moderno), Creadores V/Guía de Arte 2013, I Antología Literaria cREA en 2023, etc. Autor de la serie de libretos poéticos “Improvisaciones” del cual se han publicado ya nueve ediciones, etc.
Se destaca su libro “Críticas de Arte” cuyo prólogo viene firmado por Fernando Alvira Banzo (Presidente de la Asoc. Española de Críticos de Arte AECA) y su últimos libros “81 Poemas Desmedidos” y “81 Poemas Desmedidos +). Columnista y crítico de arte de libros, revistas y webs culturales de México, España, Chile, USA, Japón, Argentina….

In April 2013 a museum with his name was opened in Fuente Palmera (Córdoba). On March 12, 2014, he was selected for the commemorative act of the Spain-Japan dual year held in Córdoba, to deliver a work of his authorship to the Japanese Ambassador to Spain, Mr. Satoru Satoh.
In March 2015, at a meeting held in Paris, he was appointed member of the International Association of Art Critics AICA for his years of work as a member of the Spanish Association of Art Critics AECA.
In November 2016, he was awarded by the MAI Colombia (International Artistic Movement Colombia) an international recognition for his cultural and artistic management.
In December 2017 he was appointed an Honorary Member by the Board of Directors of the Fundación Arte Sin Fronteras por la Paz (Colombia) and in 2019 by the World Organization of Integrated Artists OMAI (Mexico).
Author of more than ten books on art and poetry.
In January 2018 he founded the Cordovan group “Córdoba Contemporánea”.
Also in 2019 he received international recognition in Brazil from the OCBAL (Brazilian Latin American Cultural Organization).
